Job Description:
CTA, Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist
to support its TRICARE Operations Directorate client.

Classifies
and codes documents according to specified system.
-
Assigns cross-indexing
numbers if subject matter should be classified and filed under
more than one heading.
-
Job know-how usually involves between
three to six months of directly related study, training, and/or
experience.
-
Places material in electronic media such as mainframe
computer, CD-ROM, or in storage file cabinet, drawers, boxes,
or in special filing cases.

Prepares catalog of documentation.
-
Locates and removes material
from files when requested.
-
Keeps records of material removed;
traces missing materials.
-
May revise coding system to improve
code usage and word processing.
Qualifications and skills required for this position
include:

Understanding of DoD/MHS functions and capabilities
-
Knowledge
of Livelink ECM, eDOCS DM (Hummingbird), DOCS Open preferred
-
Good
oral and written communication skills
-
Excellent skills in Microsoft
Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Associates degree in
appropriate field or equivalent years of experience

Applicant
will need to be a self starter and have strong time management
skills
