Job Description:
CTA, Inc. is currently seeking a Policy Expert to support its TRICARE Overseas Directorate client to respond to TRICARE operational issues which necessitate information, decision, and action memos in support of the Military Health System (MHS).

Work within these areas includes:

• Consults with client or directorates in TRICARE Operations Synthesizes all directorates' responses for presentation to Congress, stakeholders, or senior leadership.
• Main point of contact for Livelinks software tool.
• Maintains version control in Livelinks, using correct document management techniques.
• Responsible for synthesizing information from directorates to an end product.

Qualifications and skills required for this position include:

• Expert knowledge of TRICARE and DoD/MHS functions and capabilities
• Knowledge of Livelinks ECM, eDOCS DM (Hummingbird), DOCS Open preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or other related fields
