Job Description:

CTA, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support its TRICARE Overseas Directorate client in the areas of administration, health care policy development, health care program support, data analysis, and development of functional requirements in support of the Military Health System (MHS).

Work within these areas includes:

• Responsible for researching TRICARE policy and civilian health insurance policies so that they coincide.
• Responsible for working with the National Defense Authorization Act as a Source document (a military document), which is a document which spells out Congress's Management Agenda on TRICARE. Provide support and research in preparation of the responses from the congressional document. Also prepares military correspondence that federal registry documents
• Researching studies to incorporate chiropractic services in TRICARE benefits for family members and retirees.
  

Qualifications and skills required for this position include:

• Understanding of DoD/MHS functions and capabilities
• Knowledge of Livelink ECM, eDOCS DM (Hummingbird), DOCS Open preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or other related fields
